Procedure for people who wish to be voluntarily vaccinated with the Vaxzevria vaccine
As decided by the Government Council on 16 April, people aged between 30 and 54 will have the opportunity to register online on a list and express their interest in being voluntarily vaccinated with Vaxzevria (formerly Astra Zeneca).

New COVID-19 cases - Weekly review: 12 - 18 April
During the week from 12 to 18 April, the number of people testing positive for COVID-19 continued to decrease slightly from 1,265 to 1,261 (-1%), while the number of their identified close contacts also decreased from 3,122 cases the previous week to 2,943 (-6%).

Open waiting list for people who did not make an appointment during the phase 4 of the vaccination campaign
People who have been invited to be vaccinated in the 4th phase of the vaccination campaign against COVID-19 (age 65-69) and who have not made an appointment during this period, will nevertheless have the opportunity to be vaccinated in a vaccination centre at a later stage.

The Superior Council of Infectious Diseases issues a new opinion on the conditions of administration of AstraZeneca's Vaxzevria vaccine against COVID-19
In its opinion of 16 April, the Superior Council of Infectious Diseases (Conseil supérieur des maladies infectieuses - CSMI) takes a position on the conditions of administration of the AstraZeneca vaccine, now called Vaxzevria, in the light of the recent opinion of the European Medicines Agency (EMA) on the subject and the restrictions on its use according to age.

Free PCR tests for travellers arriving at Lux-Airport
From 9 April, all travellers arriving in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg by air will again be able to benefit from a free PCR test at Findel airport.

The first invitations to those covered by phase 5 of the vaccination campaign will be sent out this week (week 14).

Your certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 now available on MyGuichet.lu
Since 2 April, people who have been vaccinated as part of the COVID-19 vaccination campaign (1st or 2nd dose) can also retrieve their certificate of vaccination against COVID-19 online in their private space on MyGuichet.lu.

From Easter onwards, COVID-19 data will no longer be published on Sundays
Starting this Easter weekend and until further notice, the Ministry of Health will no longer release COVID-19 data on Sundays. This decision was taken in order to allow the hospital and monitoring teams a rest period.

Due to maintenance work on IT systems, the Ministry of Health will not be reporting COVID-19 data this Sunday 28 March 2021.

Changes to the conditions of "travel testing"
Following a decision of the Government Council on 17 March, the conditions to perform a PCR test before travelling abroad in the context of the Large Scale Testing programme (LST3), will be modified.
