During the week from 21 to 27 December, including the holidays, the number of people testing positive for COVID-19 has considerably decreased from 2,681 to 1,267 people (-53%), as have the number of identified contacts decreased from 8,620 in the previous week to 3,207 (-63%).

The temporary suspension of scheduled passenger flights from the United Kingdom and departing from the Grand Duchy to the United Kingdom is lifted as of this Wednesday, 23 December 2020 at midnight.

During the week from 14 to 20 December, the number of people testing positive for COVID-19 has decreased from 3.422 to 2.681 people (-22%), while the number of identified contacts has not changed significantly, with 8.635 cases, compared to 8.861 (-2%) in the previous week.
