COVID-19-tests for events with more than 150 participants authorised by the Health Directorate

The Ministry of Health and the Health Directorate would like to clarify some of the information that has been disseminated in recent days via social networks and the press concerning tests before events with more than 150 participants.

Indeed, the health concepts validated by the Health Directorate continue to systematically provide for the following three options in the event that testing is required to participate in the event:

  1. Submit a negative PCR test result within 72 hours of the start of the event.
  2. Present a negative test or self-test result certified by a person authorised to do so under the COVID-19-law. The test must be carried out within 24 hours before the start of the event.
  3. Carry out a self-test on site, under the supervision of the organiser, which must be negative.

Thus, self-tests that are not certified by an authorised person or are not taken under the supervision of the organiser are not accepted.
